A special report from a North American Staff Reporter Almost exactly a year ago, special correspondent Alun Tudor Jones, 51, brought us news of the miraculous death cheat of Ian Tiberius Williams, 35, rugby player (retired) of Bridgend. Loyal readers will remember that Ian narrowly escaped death when he was hurled from his seat when riding the 'Mighty Kumba' at a famous tourist attraction in Florida. |

Fearless Now, the man who fearlessly brought us that story is in the centre of his own mystery. Whilst on holiday with his family, Jones debated with his son, Matthew, whether they should sample the Park's free beer, or ride the 'Mighty Kumba'. Toss They decided that the matter would be resolved by the spin of a coin. It was the worst gamble that the amateur journalist had ever made. A spokesperson from the Paranormal Activity Research Centre (PARC) of Florida Hospital said, "Mr Jones' high anxiety may have interacted with the unusual 'G' forces produced by the Kumba to spiral him into a different dimension". A spokesperson from the management of the attraction later stated, "Under the rules of the park, it is not possible to grant the Jones family a refund". STOP PRESS Upon being informed of the incident, Angela Jones, 37, wife of Alun, described the situation as "Perfectly satisfactory". |
